At RE/MAX Premier Realty, I collaborate with a marketing team where we help over 50 agents to create high-quality marketing materials, including print collateral, videography, motion design, and digital marketing strategies encompassing social media and SEO optimization. My efforts are focused on generating leads for agents specializing in buying, selling, probate, and lending services. I bring extensive experience with various marketing and lead generation platforms, such as Mailchimp, Mailjet, Constant Contact, and KVCore, along with advanced proficiency in the Adobe Premiere Pro Suite for professional content production.

From lights, camera, and audio setup to full production editing, I have worked alongside other photographers/videographers to produce professional grade podcast and agent/property promo assets.
Videos are posted on social media sites including Youtube, Instagram, and Facebook to drive sales for agents in their specific communities and also office-side work to bring new agents into the brokerage.
Incorporating motion design, supplementary design, and b-roll I have created captivating and high quality videos that go beyond just hitting record.
Motion Design
To compliment the above videography, I create graphics and animation using industry standard technique and my own touch of creativity and spark. This helps establish the brand or image of the agent or channel and create a professional look that keeps the viewer more engaged than just a simple recording.
Print Material/Email Marketing
I specialize in designing and executing customized marketing campaigns using a diverse range of design tools. Each agent I work with has a distinct business identity and serves a unique community, so I take the time to understand their goals and audience. I then create tailored marketing materials (digital ads, email marketing, mailers, and print brochures) all of which aligns with their brand, ensuring their message resonates with their potential clients. By personalizing each campaign, I help agents stand out in a competitive market and connect more meaningfully with their target audience.
Customized Interior Brochure
This example of a property brochure shows what I offer in terms of customizability for agents’ marketing material. This print brochure provides insight into both the listing itself and also displays the agent’s expertise in their community. By offering valuable information about the amenities, local schools, etc. clients will feel more at ease and confident about a potential purchase of the home knowing they have a full understanding of what is being offered.
